What am I buying?
$BERG โ the coordination token of an autonomous hybrid DeFi yield fund. It captures fund revenue via staking and governs treasury policy via DAO voting.
When do I receive my tokens?
Your allocation is registered on-chain immediately. From TGE, 15% unlocks and the rest streams linearly โ you claim directly from the BergVesting contract in your cabinet.
Where does my money go?
Payment settles on-chain to the fund treasury (a 4-of-6 multisig). Every round and allocation is publicly auditable on Base.
What returns does the fund target?
A sustainable 15โ20% net APR from real strategy income (delta-neutral, looping, correlation-tiered LPs) with explicit drawdown and IL controls โ not inflationary emissions.
Is it legal / compliant?
